William Lumpkins (Sanitate), Senior Member of IEEE, Eta Kapa Nu, is the CEO of O & S Services (Service-Connected Veteran Owned Business), an Engineering Services company specializing in cyber hardening of military and commercial products as well as product development with bringing ideas in the U.S. to fruition and bridging the manufacturing process into NATO countries. O & S Services current clients include Textron (Bell Flight), Toyota North America, and Lockheed Martin (RMS).
William served in the United States Navy from 1987 ~ 1996.During his active duty and while serving aboard the USS Carl Vinson, William actively studied Electrical Engineering/Computer Science and received his BS from Excelsior College, Albany, New York in 1996. William’s research interests are AI in the Home/Vehicle, IoT, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security Systems, and RF Energy Harvesting.

Sonoko Sanitate, is the President of O & S Services (Service-Connected Veteran Owned Business), an Engineering Services company specializing in cyber hardening of military and commercial products as well as product development with bringing ideas in the U.S. to fruition and bridging the manufacturing process into NATO countries.
Sonoko studied at the Sagami Womens University, receiving her AA in English Literature. Sonoko worked for the United State Army at Camp Zama Japan from 1995 ~ 1998 During her time as a civilian employee, she coordinated Japanese/American Physical Security controls and Telecommunications.
