William Lumpkins (Sanitate), a Senior Member of IEEE and Eta Kappa Nu, serves as the CEO of O & S Services, a Service-Connected Veteran-Owned Business. The company provides specialized engineering services, including the cyber hardening of military and commercial products, end-to-end product development, and the transition of U.S.-based innovations into NATO-aligned manufacturing processes. O & S Services currently supports prominent clients such as Textron (Bell Flight), Toyota North America, and Lockheed Martin (RMS).

William served in the United States Navy from 1987 to 1996. During his active duty service aboard the USS Carl Vinson, he pursued studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, earning a BS from Excelsior College in 1996. His primary research interests include AI in home and vehicle applications, IoT, cloud computing, cyber security systems, and RF energy harvesting.
